Amata Long Thanh City project

According to the investor's report, the Amata Long Thanh City project in Long Thanh District has currently submitted the 1/2000 zoning planning dossier. The 753-hectare area has completed procedures for editing, appraising documents, and drawing cadastral maps, but the project is still waiting for approval to convert paddy land. In addition, the resettlement project with a total area of 47 hectares is also in the process of submitting documents to change the use purpose of paddy land.

The investor proposed that the province allow Long Thanh district to include the project area in the annual land use plan for 2024; recommend the Prime Minister approve the conversion of rice land in the project; Early appraisal and approval of the project's 1/2000 zoning plan. The Provincial People's Committee provides specific information on the order and procedures for adjustment; requirements and conditions of the Huong Lo 2 road project (section passing the Amata project) for the Amata Long Thanh City project. The resettlement area project with a total area of 47 hectares will soon be deployed to arrange resettlement.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to review documents and guide investors to participate in bidding according to regulations in February 2024. Long Thanh district considers this a key project of the district, so the district has accelerated the project's land procedures and infrastructure investment in the resettlement area project.

The Department of Construction appraises the project's 1/2000 subdivision planning and submits it to the Provincial People's Committee. On Huong Lo 2 Street, the Department of Planning and Investment chose one of two options: public investment or project owner to implement the project.

Amata Industrial Park project in Phase 3B in Bien Hoa City has a total area of 27 hectares. The investor proposed that the province speed up the project's investment and land legal documents so that the Ministry of Planning and Investment can approve the project investment.
