On June 19, deposit interest rates continued to decline, the State Bank continued to adjust the operating interest rates. Deposit interest rates for terms 1 month to less than 6 months decreased from 5% to 4.75%/year. In the coming time, reducing the ceiling of deposit and operating interest rates will be a directional step for the market's interest rate reduction trend. This is a signal for banks to reduce lending rates in the near future.

Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association said that a series of government actions have removed the three biggest problems of the real estate market. Those are capital, corporate bonds and regulatory bottlenecks.

Most of the bottlenecks and difficulties of the real estate market in the beginning of the third quarter will be removed. However, this is still an area that is not easy to make money, investors think that most investors have money to start restructuring their investment channels, be careful in money and be more certain.

Resort real estate broker Dang Thanh Son (Hanoi) recognizes that currently, the cash flow tends to flow to the resort investment channel, in emerging markets. It will be capable of long-term growth in the future instead of saturated tourist sites, massively exploited.
