Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official document approving the investor of the new urban area project South of Da Nhim River with a total area of more than 153 hectares, and a total investment capital of nearly 12,000 billion VND. The owner of this urban area is a joint venture from Hanoi.
