Vinhomes continues to look for more land

From the beginning of the year until now, Vinhomes has expanded its land fund by more than 1,800 hectares from 5 projects in Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa, and Long An. In addition, the business is still implementing two other large projects in Bac Giang and Tuyen Quang.


In 2023 alone, there will be 5 projects of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHM) with an area of ​​32.8 - 1,254 hectares with a total investment of 5,800 - 85,000 billion VND. Vinhomes is still looking for other huge projects.

From March 2023, Vinhomes aims to be a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district (Hai Phong). When the Department of Planning and Investment of City. Hai Phong announced the list of investors registering for the above project, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company is the only investor registering the project.

By July 2023, Hai Phong City People's Committee approved Vinhomes Joint Stock Company as the investor of the new urban area project in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district. The total project area is nearly 241 hectares, total investment is about 23,218 billion VND.

In July 2023, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also made a preliminary assessment of the capacity of investors registering for the Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area Project. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee recognized the Joint Venture of Cam Ranh Investment Joint Stock Company - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company - Vines Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company as the only investor that meets the preliminary requirements for capacity and experience in project implementation.

The land area for the project is more than 1,254 hectares wide. It includes the wards of Cam Loi, Ba Ngoi, Cam Thuan, Cam Nghia, Cam Phuc Nam, Cam Phu, Cam Linh, Cam Phuc Bac and the communes of Cam Thinh Dong, Cam Lap (Cam Ranh City).

In terms of scale, the project will include nearly 8,500 townhouses, more than 10,000 villas and nearly 20,000 social housing units (18,450 apartments and nearly 1,400 townhouses). The total cost of implementing this project is 85,294 billion VND (equivalent to more than 3.5 billion USD).

Previously, in April, Khanh Hoa province had a decision to approve the investment. At the same time, the province approved investors to build a social housing area in Cam Nghia ward, Cam Ranh city. The investor is Cam Ranh Salt Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary 100% owned by Vinhomes).

The project has a total land area of nearly 88 hectares; Total floor area is more than 77 hectares; Total investment capital is about 3,756 billion VND.

At the end of August, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board approved Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to be the investor of the Social Housing Construction Project (phase 1) in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district. This place belongs to Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone, Hai Phong city.

This project has a total area of 32.8 hectares, total investment capital of more than 5,800 billion VND and total population of more than 9,600 people. Housing projects account for more than 40% of the land area, the remaining are public items, commercial services items, and schools items

Vinhomes plans to build 4,004 social houses in 4 plots of land with a maximum construction density of 60%, buildings with a height of 7-9 floors. In addition, the project will also have 256 townhouses, semi-detached houses with a height of 4-5 floors and 28 villas, villas with a height of 4 floors, total area of 4,200 m2, an average of 150 m2 per house.

Most recently, in October, the People's Committee of Long An province decided to approve Green City Development Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary of Vinhomes as the investor to implement the Hau Nghia - Duc Hoa new urban area project. It is located in Hau Nghia town, Duc Lap Thuong commune and Tan My commune, Duc Hoa district.

 Hau Nghia - Duc Hoa new urban area has a total area of 197.2 hectares and a total population of 40,000 people. Investment scale includes villas, townhouses, apartments, resettlement land, social housing; technical and social infrastructure projects. The project has a total investment of 28,258 billion VND.

In addition, in September - October, Vinhomes' subsidiary is still "looking" at other real estate projects in Tuyen Quang and Bac Giang. On September 29, Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was the only investor to register the My Lam - Tuyen Quang Resort Urban Area project. This project has a total area of more than 540 hectares. It belongs to My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang city and My Bang commune, Yen Son district. Total investment is 18,345 billion VND.

On October 1, 2023, the Bac Giang Department of Planning and Investment announced the results of opening registration documents for the Nham Bie Mountain Golf Course New Urban Area project. It is located in Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city and Tien Phong commune, Yen Dung district. Accordingly, Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is the only investor registering the project

This project is invested in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure on the land. The total area is about 134/602 hectares under the detailed planning project of Nham Bien Mountain Golf Course Urban Area. The project will build low-rise housing, carry out rough construction, and complete the facades of 979 units on adjacent plots of land. Total land area is 8.9 hectares; height is 5 floors. The total investment of this project is more than 6,380 billion VND.

At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinhomes said that the company will continue to research and launch new urban projects in 2023 depending on the market situation. Mega projects and Super projects under the Vinhomes brand will also have large scale, unique landscapes, high-class utility systems and many smart features.
